My concept is simple: The advancement of the re-creation of the real life physics of violent fist throwing. This incident happened at a Mexican themed taco restaurant named "Tacos Del Rio" at a location in Southern California of all places. I always thought that they could perhaps incorporate some of the Warriors fighting system into GTA. That would be really cool.
