Hope this is more specific. I need a close-up picture of the man next to Isaac The Jew, he is seen in the cutscene for Museum Piece, the part where Johnny is making the deal. The guy with the goatee and he's in a suit, he's one of the guards. I think you got mixed up when I said "he was shot by Luis". Anyways thanks for trying atleast!
