Slamman
NO, why do you ask though?? J/K There's no need to make a post about GTA music, you're on a GTA Forum, THE GTAForums, in fact

Slamman
Some of us like it, yeah. More to the point, I assume each person has posted what they deem "good music", for example... Crazy, by AeroForce At the time L7 got good word of mouth, for an all female rock band making the GTA game roster, I still salute Rockstar for picking them! Anyways, I didn't really enjoy San Andreas' music when I came back after a year or so of not playing it. SFUR has the most mainstream Classical House despite having "Underground" in it's name, Playback FM wasn't particularly special, Radio X's music all sounded the same, and almost everything else just seemed bland. The only stations I really liked were K-DST, K Rose, and Bounce FM, and K-DST was the only one that I could listen to for more than 45 minutes without getting bored. trip
The only reason for this post is because I had to use a Doc Watson song in a different thread. Damn youtube and the related videos!!! I forgot that Doc Watson has the worlds best version of "Mamma Don't Allow" Sure, 99% won't even give it a listen, and the 1% who might listen to the first 20 seconds will turn it off. But come on folks - nothing wrong with some good old fashioned culture and open mindedness. Keep in mind that this is not country(I f*cking hate country), this is good old fashioned blue grass. Even if you hate it you can't knock the musical talent. My crappy games at MyCrappyGames.com Free copy of Save The Puppies and Kittens
SmC12
I loved the soundtrack in San Andreas. I discovered alot of artists and it fueled my love for hip-hop. I played san andreas for the first time when I was around 9, and the soundtrack was f*cking awesome. Not only did it capture the 90's tone and theme of the game, but it was just a great selection of music - which has come to be expected from Rockstar. I mostly only paid attention to Radio Los Santos, Bounce FM and Playback FM. All had really classic 90's rap and r&b hits which perfectly highlighted the violence and gang scene being portrayed in SA. CSR109 had that kind of new jack swing vibe too which I enjoyed. And I always have memories of cruisin' through the countryside/desert with K-DST playing. I think San Andreas had by far the best soundtrack of any game I've played. Being really young at the time though I just liked the music, but looking back now I really appreciate it alot more and realise just what an amazing job Rockstar did. And the title is completely misleading. Edited April 10, 2012 by SmC12

dansgas1000
I hated pretty much all stations. They went on and on and on... most of them.
