Anyway, in my dream, I had downloaded the map of Los Santos and it was playable, I don't know who I was playing with, but it was some wild animals in the woods like in rdr and I was in Los Santos too and I was near some highways. Tommy ran into the water and began swimming but after some time drowned. Then an info box popped up saying "Hey man, if you're gonna swim you need the right gear" implying you need scuba equipment to swim for a long time. Ten years later here we are. I'm psychic! Zee, I think that's the only thing I've see you post that I like! I had one last night again. I was on a bike as Micheal then I paused it and got to look at the map. It was HUGE! I wonder if GTA IV, San Andreas, and Red Dead Redemption combined is as big as what I saw, or maybe even bigger! What I saw was Los Santos bigger than GTA IV, a countryside bigger than San Andreas, and a desert bigger than Red Dead Redemption! Press Start, go on Map, then press R2 (PS3) R1 (XBOX), and there was three highlighted arrows around the map. Go on Franklin's and I heard a conversation between him and some other friend about looking for a convertible and there was a screen to the upper right showing Franklin's current actions. Go to Trevor's and you hear a fight with some country music in the background and in the screen it showed the fight in a bar in Blaine County I believe. Go to Micheal's and you hear nothing just cars and people walking by, the screen showed him sitting on a bench by the beach. This dream was a while ago. That part is pretty much a blur to me, but after that I tried to enter the multiplayer and it wouldn't work. It became more of a nightmare. Before I started going to my local store, I saw people who came out of the stores with the game shooting fireworks, like it was a festivity, and I had to get under something because there were so many that the firework sticks could hit me on their way down. I think the dream ended there. lol. Some months ago: I played the game for the first time and it was basically an exact copy of San Andreas with a different map, I even was playing CJ. I first got in control of the player on top of the hills that surround LS. I was so scared that the game was so bad, that I woke up. lol. Then, I walked backwards and entered a house. I thhink I got trevor and michael mixed up there because he had a wife and a nice house, his wife was an annoying bitch though. in the dream, there was also some weird stuff about how I was playing it, because I was playing some sort of leaked copy. I just started the game and the first thing I did was looking at the map, wich was really disappointing as in really small and empty, blank. Then I don't know how, I realized that there was nothing to do in the game (like no side missions etc). That's about it. I was really happy when I woke up and realized it was just a dream. What I remember is that I received a copy early and it looked like those not final box arts with just logo and game had 2 discs,I played with Michael and first mission was that I was with Trevor and we had to escape from cops on our bycicles but it was fun to play that i remember clearly ..after I woke up I was really dissapointed that it was only a dream ..and this is seriously first time in 20 years I am living that I have had a dream about videogame. This is not because of the excitement or hype, but it is mostly because every night I check the forums before going to sleep and it's the last image my brain has to work with. *In case your're wondering my recent dream was about a firefight in the mountains of the GTAV map with a N.o.o.s.E-like SWAT team. Haha this is a weird thread to stumble upon. I've only ever had like 2 or 3 game related dreams. One where I was with Link from Zelda but I wasn't actually playing a game, I was just with him ( as far as I can remember... I was probably playing as him...) Anyway recently I had a dream that I was playing GTA V and I was playing as franklin. It was really weird because it felt so real, as if I were Franklin and then I stopped playing the game on a break and I must ahve woken up after that. But my version of the game was funny, I went to steal a bike but the owner saw me and was pleading that I didn't and I felt sympathetic and didn't take it lol... When I use to smoke I didn't remember most of my dreams. Now I've stopped I actually remember a lot more. Except my brother always remembered his when he use to smoke, so it must be on the individual. although I've had quite a few dreams where I've smoked and then felt so guilty and sh*tty for ruining my streak of not smoking. The game was releasing on January 19 at 5 PM at one of the stores. Eventually, we went to a wal mart and found a copy. It looked like I was in some forest/mountain area. Not much happened.. but it just felt kind of fun and free being in the world. I woke up right after and the first thing I thought of was GTA V.
