It's them who are making the cutscenes for GTA V and are also in charge of a couple of gameplay elements. 2K Czech is the studio who made Mafia II and more recently Top Spin 4. I mean it was R* who had to complete L.A. Noire because Team Bondi couldn't do it by themselves, so it seems odd that this time they would need help not the other way around.
