Kwabs
I don't know if there's already a tutorial like this, but I never found one. I also used the search function, but still nothing. So if you created a topic like this or if you found one, just post the link here. Anyway, back to the tutorial. Always when I made a cutscene where something was going to blow. It didn't really work out. You only saw the end of the explosion. So here's a quick tutorial to make a cutscene where you see the whole explosion. Like e.g. the explosion in "The End Of The Line". This is a 3 steps tutorial. Step 1. Create a cutscene (Objectives / Add Special Enviroment Objectives / Cutscene) Make it look to the place you want to blow up. Give it 00:01 lenght. Step 2. Add explosion objects (Objects / Add Object / Explosion) at the place you want to blow up. Step 3. Make another cutscene (Objectives / Add Special Enviroment Objectives / Cutscene). Make it look at the place you want to blow up. Give it a lenght of 4 - 7 seconds. Now you can play your mission and watch your nice explosion. You can see the result at the end of this mission.
