Jules14
Well, looking for an entertaining shooter, with missions, something like COD editions, that features WW2. But obviously, I don't want COD series, as I have played most of them and Brothers in Arms as well. I don't want high performance graphics, just something similar to BIA Road to Hill 30 or COD2, that works on a decent laptop.

Mister Pink
Wolfenstein man. I only played the demo but I thought it was sh*t-cool and I'm not the biggest FPS player. Metro 2033, is such an amazing and unsung hero of a game. It's not set during WWII but it's worth a look if you want a break from COD etc. RUBBΣR░J♢HNNY (スオッ)
The-King
Might try the Red Orchestra series, the first release by Tripwire uses Unreal 2 and is really low spec, though also, at times really heavily realistic so it's also kind of tough. The latest release is on Unreal 3 and not the most optimized game I've played, though still fantastic. Both are two of the tougher shooters available as well as a unique take on WWII shooters since they're the first to put you comfortably in the shoes of the Wermacht. |PropagandaIncorporated:|: Steam:|: DeviantArt:|: Last.FM|
Raptomex
Medal of Honor first comes to mind. Which one? If you're going to play on console I suggest MoH Frontline. And if you have a PS3 I would recommend you buy and download the HD version of Frontline from the PSN store. It's the definitive version to play. If want to play a PC MoH then I would recommend Allied Assault. In my opinion that's the greatest MoH game to date and the greatest WW2 shooter to date. Jules14
i was gonna mention bf3 but i guess ur comp probrably wont run it Exactly. I tried MOH: AA and it worked, but I don't like it. MOH: Airbone doesn't work; I looked at Wolfenstein 2009, it's absolutely great, but it's obviously a dream for me to play it on this laptop. I tried Red Orchestra, downloaded Ostfront, but didn't worked, Stalingrad is too powerful for my PC.
G The Generous
Return to castle Wolfenstein - probably the most awesome and classic FPS I ever played, Nazi conspiracy and supernatural element fit perfectly, level design is excellent Serious Sam TFE and TSE - it's great to play with friends, few dude fight a large army is probably the most crazy thing in this game. after you and your friends put them to rest, I bet sometime you won't believe you just did it. Halo 1 - the first and the best in Halo series, the campaign is just pure awesome imo Half-Life series - well... no need to talk more about this epic franchise I love classic games, you blast everything you see, pull a few switch, on and on,... until everything around you is dead. It's sound boring but it keep me playing somehow. after all, it's a game I play, not a movie I play (people love to put bunch of sh*tty cinematic stuff ingame nowaday, games have no more "classic" atmosphere like it was back in the day anymore )
Jules14
But Halo and HL are not related to WW2, are they?
CryptReaperDorian
I would suggest Battlefield 1942 for WWII games, but it doesn't have an actual campaign (that's with voice acting, cutscenes, and a written story anyways). It's still fun to play around with the bots though. The bots in Battlefield 1942 are much more intelligent than the ones in Battlefield Vietnam, but they still can be pretty dumb.
