Magic_Al
“Any news about Max Payne on iOS?” - avbros Yes – following the release of Grand Theft Auto III for iOS (and Android devices) late last year, the original Max Payne will be our next release for mobile devices. We will have an official announcement soon confirming the release date, but you can expect it to finally be released sometime in the next couple months. Planned for release around the same time (or even before) Max Payne 3, this will give people another way to see how the series began. Are you hard-core enough to dual wield iOS in one hand and Android in the other while you dive through the air?
Nebby
Aw, this is pretty cool new's. I've never really played the MP game's to get into the story line, so hopefully this can change that. Hell, Rockstar* should start making more mobile-based game's considering their getting good at it.
vertical limit
considering their getting good at it. The idea of GTA III on mobile devices was good, but the outcome wasn't that good. The driving was terrible to be honest.

Slamman
Already been confirmed in R's Q and A that you don't need the backstory to play MP3, however, they encourage it, surprise, surprise! What I would like to see is them put some spit and polish for the new hardware, and an old game that's lacking luster these days
darthYENIK
Still have it for PC, so no thanks. I'm kind of curious how they'd pull off a game like this. Aiming is pretty critical for Max Payne, and I can't see it being very easy on a touch screen.
ccrogers15
Oh great. Another good game released on crappy tech, with horrible controls like GTA3. Sorry, but GTA3 on a portable phone, tablet or ipod is a NO NO. The controls sucked on all of them. Much rather of had a PS3,PSP and 360 port instead.
