You seem to have too many mods installed which might be the cause. How does the game perform without the mods? Are your video drivers updated? illzebra Posted February 14, 2012 Author Share Posted February 14, 2012 Windows 7 64bit, 4GB ram, 3.2GHz Quad Core CPU, 2x Radeon HD2900xt in crossfire I did a fresh install, & updated drivers and gta4 is the latest version with no mods. This pic shows my problem better: This is odd, I cant find a solution anywhere. I'm very picky about stuff like this, I cant play the game like that.
