Creating clothes spawn in VC

Hi there. I'm trying to create a clothes spawn in GTA Vice City right from the start of the game. There is the "Street" outfit in Ocean Beach, and I'm trying to create a spawn for the "Casual" outfit in the same room (the one from the mall). I only manage to spawn a clothes pickup which does nothing, and everything else I try makes my game crash before even loading sad.gif

Can you please give me the codes for creating a working outfit pickup from the beginning? Thanks
