On the right side of the building you can see two columns on what appears to be doors. The one in the middle row is actually opened like a door. The building is located on Chicory St in BOABO. Its model name is "dumbo_redlon_bkn02" and textures within it are named "mh_dumredwood*". I'm guessing this must be in the DUMBO area but a quick search yields nothing. The only two buildings that I found that sort of look like that place is a red building that is being renovated on Pearl Street, and one side of the DUMBO Arts Center. The doors just look like repeated textures, the 'open' one in the middle has just been stretched vertically at one side to give it depth.
