Guarantee love." . Obviously they are talking about Valentine's Day, but typing Valentine's would still leave like 5 characters on twitter, could it be a hint? Each tweet has a 140 character limit. The point the OP makes is that saying "Valentines Day" instead of "V-Day" would have still been under 140 characters.
