Best speakers for $40

I'm looking for new speakers because these 5 year old speakers are starting to die. I was looking at Cyber Acoustics 3602 and reviews seem pretty good but I was wondering which speakers have the best sound quality for around 40 dollars? I want a sub woofer with the speakers also.

I got my gf the CA-3090 2.1 speakers for about $20 and they sound pretty good. She mostly uses it for gaming and not a whole lot of music or video/movies so I can't tell you exactly how good they are.

The only real differences it seems between the 3090 and 3602 is the wattage, 9watts compared to 30watts, the left&right have 1 mid-range speakers compared to 2.

For budget speakers they aren't too bad.

 

I prefer my Logitech speakers but they are 5.1 and cost a good bit more than $40. Logitech does make some 2.1 speakers that are really good.

i love it has very clear sound much better then the logitech ls21 i had they have 60 wat rms total

They're really good, the volume is quite loud and they have a good quality sound and bass.

And, they're €30 which is $39
