Make your own missions

Well you know, in gta san andreas you could make your custom missions, theres a mod called DYOM

 

 

And it would be great if they done it in GTA 5, maybe after you finish the game, i think that would be awesome but i dont really think R* is going to do this, whats your opinion ?

Don't think there would really be any real need for it.

 

Just Let the PC guys create some mission mods

whats with all the hate? i would love if they release like a dev kit for PC that allows custom maps, custom missions etc

I don't think it would work. Leave the mission making to R*. They've been doing it a lot longer and generally know what they're doing to produce quality missions.

sure - they could launch a website similar (but that works better) then EA did with the Creation Centre, but not charge you for it.

 

You create the mission etc, then publish - and anyone can download it.

 

If they release something like that then it'd have to be accross all consoles imo. It's do-able, and the cutscenes would be like CTW (IIRC there was no audable speech, only text). perhaps you could upload your own imagery for the C/S, and recreate them CTW style, create your own characters and interiors.

 

I can see it working but if they released a tool with enough potential for what i would want, they'd have to charge for it - a tenner or so would be fair if it had the power i can see as potential.

 

in theory it would allow us to create our own storylines, and expand the game hundredfold via GTAGarage and other similar sites, with multiple storylines, all triggered by "new game" (there were a few Max Payne mods that did this)

 

so yes - only if done as i described (admittedly i havn't described it very well)
