I guess most people in this thread didn't understnad OP. he's not crying cuz his friend won't come out to play but you tell someone when you can't make it. for instance if I got held up in traffic for ages before work I'd tell my boss, otherwise he'd be angry, no sh*t. as long as he just said "sorry don't feel like it" beforehand at least he would know whats happening. I guess he could of told you straight up so you could re-organised. But you got to remember he is human and people make mistakes. Talk it out with him bro.
