The only connection we have to Rockstar is that they invited some of the admins from here (and some from other sites) to demo GTA IV. They basically acknowledged our existence, but nothing more. For what I've heard, this forum wouldn't be allowed to put advertisements if it didn't have a filter, even if all this doesn't have much sense.
