nash00cu Posted February 11, 2012 Share Posted February 11, 2012 Hi, I just bought GTA IV (retail version) for PC. When I am installing it all goes fine with the first disc, but as soon as I insert disc 2 I get a catastrophic failure with no info whatsoever. Regarding my configuration: It is a notebook, 2nd gen i5, 4 Gigs of RAM, and a Radeon 6630 M. Regarding partition space, I have over 100G free space on each partition (I try to install at D:\Games\Rockstar Games\) First time I tried I had antivirus (Bitdefender total security 2012), second time antivirus was removed and computer restarted. My operating system is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, upgraded from Home premium. Windows has the latest updates and drivers. Can you help? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
