sonnyBlack
I'd rather not have anymore DLC's. I liked it better when each game was its own release with its own unique location/setting. Even though I liked EFLC, it made me lose appreciation for IV since you can do more in its DLC's. For me, IV became overshadowed by its add-ons, and I don't want to see the same happen to V. gtahoss
None, i would like them to just make a full game, then start on a new one instead of making half games. I find mysekf hatting the eflc, cause i like playing GTA IV as Niko, but then i think of the things from the dlc's that i can't use in gta iv and that just blows. Proud Fool
f*ck DLC. It's ruining gaming. Include everything in the vanilla game, please. You think they could've included TLad and TBoGT in the vanilla GTA IV? You should consider R* as the basis for what DLC should be.

I count the DLCs for GTA IV as the Vice City and San Andreas of the IV era, respectively, which in turn made me like the DLCs of GTA IV even more (I prefer TBoGT to vanilla IV)! Try looking at it that way. I think you'll find a better appreciation for them
meson1
I thought Rockstar got their DLC episodes for GTA:IV right. TLAD and TBOGT were brilliant. Games in their own right. I'd like them to do the same again for GTA:V. But money rules. If they find that such DLCs are not economic, then rather than doing crappy little ones such as weapon or vehicle packs, they'd be better off not bothering and just get on with making the next full GTA. Ash_735
Complaining about DLC is one thing hut Rockstar are the few who do it right, TLAD, TBOGT and Undead Nightmare are still the best examples of DLC this generation, adding onto the game but spinning it off to side stories and changing the feeling. Tell me, how the hell could Undead Nightmare be included in Red Dead Redemption? How could TLAD or TBOGT be included in GTA IV? People complaining are thinking of rip off DLC that charges for extra costumes and weapons.

Slamman
DLC will be notable, nothing trifle, I do believe that first RDR DLC was just a test, it was largely a failed attempt, but they've been impressive in all other DLCs I believe
Wubbzy
Big DLC such as The Ballad of Gay Tony. Rockstar Games has respect for it's fans and aren't money hungry f*ckwits so when they release DLC it's proper DLC campaigns, not Call of Duty style sh*t (map packs/cut content..) Chances are roughly a year after the game is released Rockstar Games will release a campaign DLC as they did with IV.
Slamman
There is a perception CLEARLY, because of MS paying 50 mill for the two DLC, and the only comparison really, Undead Nightmare for RDR is of the same caliber (size, content, everything!) Cole Phelps Gta
It would be a mutherf*cking mistake not to make two great dlc ep's like that did for iv. Let me lay this sh*t out for you. Whats the point in making a huge muther-truckin map if you're only going to use it for one game. It makes no sence too me at all. Plus it makes them more money selling the two ep's as a brand new game. They can sell it in stores. Seriously if rockstar doesnt make new ep's they'd have to be a moron or an idiot

lh1
A DLC with additional cities together with stories, new gameplay features is the only kind of DLC I want. GTA should never had any DLC at first place. In other words, they should just release the game and focus on developing a new GTA after GTA V released. DLC is just taking them too long to release a new GTA game unlike GTA III era.

You think they could've included TLad and TBoGT in the vanilla GTA IV? You should consider R* as the basis for what DLC should be. They could have included what counts: parachutes, the APC, the Buzzard, another weapons tier, TBOGT cheats, club interiors, etc. DLC is just an excuse to cut out features that would have enhanced the vanilla game. I could care less about Johnny or Luis. All the gaming mechanics and features introduced in TBOGT and TLAD could have been implemented in IV from the start. That is why DLC is ruining the gaming industry--it kept IV from being a perfect whole and instead made it into three weaker GTA installments. Divided we fall. HaythamKenway
Big DLC. But didn't R* say they are going to focus on smaller DLCs instead of big ones? I would be pretty pissed off if we got RDR-esque multiplayer sh*t as DLCs instead of big DLCs like IV's in V.
Dick Valor
f*ck DLC. It's ruining gaming. Include everything in the vanilla game, please. How is DLC ruining gaming? Just look at GTA--which has better DLC than any other game out there, really. With IV, we have a strong central story and character, but many of the game's best features (like parachuting, tanks, and crazy weapons/cheats) are relegated to TBOGT, which has a weak story and under-developed protag. This is sad to me, sorry. Now fast forward to V. We've been waiting forever. Personally, I'd rather have had V a year sooner than waiting an extra year for R* to develop TLAD and TBOGT. I never felt like I was in Johnny or Luis' shoes because their stories were short afterthoughts to IV. I'd rather have worked for a night club as Niko or taken over the a biker gang as Niko (not unlike being able to join every damn guild you want in Skyrim). I want to skydive and basejump as Niko; use exploding sniper rounds as Niko. DLC broke up IV into chunks that would have been so much stronger as a whole. So, yeah, DLC is even hurting R* games. Now, look at every other franchise, like CoD. DLC is making vanilla games weaker and our pockets that much thinner. Really not a fan.
HydraulicWaRiOr
We think the title of this topic looks funny from a distance. We believe that the DLC should be mixed between big and small, in order to sort the weapons and clothing, and mission packs which should be mixed together for a less than equal price in order to satisfy our needs and present an alternative for those who don't request it. Slamman
LESS THEN HALF the price of your new $60 copy of GTA IV?!?? What's there to discern in GTA Episodes you didn't get one BANG UP JOB for additional gaming hours? The fact is Rockstar are really investing themselves into making the games as we are playing them! Slamman
The "WE" business is getting old I'll admit, you can't please all GTA gamers, that's a no-brainer, but so should be the idea that Rockstar tackle GTA as a labor of love, you peeps should know this is so, more So then the general gaming public, Just cause they scored a home run redefining gaming doesn't mean they are especially adept at churning them out one after another, RDR's Undead Nightmare is what I call a Tour De Force, one of the best game additions for fact that it came so hot on the heels of the original game! Sunrise Driver
If they'll make these pre-order DLCs and other minor DLCs like they did with RDR and LA Noire, I'll just download them for free. RockStarNiko
I do not want any DLC I would prefer instead for them to use that same time and effort needed to make the DLC and make GTA V even better than it already will probably be Just think how good GTA IV would have been IF, all the added content from TLAD and TBoGT was included in the Niko original game from the start
senor_huevos_benedicto
I think the Ballad of Gay Tony and the Lost and Damned were of a perfect side for a DLC, as was Undead Nightmare, so I would love a couple the size of those. With LA Noire I would have preferred a desk (such as the cut-out fraud and burglary desk) than the stand-alone cases that didn't really add too much to the story. SchizNitz
I actually didn't like undead nightmare. I found it annoying having to go through every single town and kill the zombies, which were everywhere! And the missions felt more like side missions and I hated that. Just my opinion.
