Other than San Diego and Tijuana, there's Ventura, San Bernadino, Calexico, Palm Springs, etc. I was hoping more for the San Fernando Valley (just north of the Hollywood Hills), which is part of LA and wasn't even touched on in San Andreas or even L.A. Noire (places like Burbank, Universal City, North Hollywood, San Fernando, etc.). I hope Malibu is in it as well. Maybe they can just name it "Palisades". That's the Hollywood/Vinewood Hills I wouldn't say for sure. If you can get a large enough version of the image you can see a wind turbine in the background, on the hill. If it were it would indeed point towards Malibu, I grant you that. The cliff and the houses on the other hand look more like what you'd find in the Hollywood Hills. That's my feeling about that. A re-imagined Southern California with a big Los Santos and smaller towns/villages/areas including versions of San Diego, Palm Springs, Malibu and so on. It's more of a question of whether a coastal town like Newport Beach or Laguna Beach is included. Could you please explain why you think Malibu will be in the game? I mean, you seem so sure. I hope Ventura county is one of the featured mini counties in the game and Rockstar hints at it by posting "Ventura County" #GTAV on there Twitter just to get the crazy fans riled up about LV. That would be epic. I'd really like that since I live in Ventura County, but I'm not too optimistic about it being included. A part of me hopes that the viewfinder shot of Grapeseed is supposed to represent some of the agricultural land on the Oxnard Plain, but I doubt they've recreated Southern California outside of the L.A. What people didn't understand was that the sign was going north in the video, so there was no way it could have been leading to San Diego. Yes Malibu's one of several cities that are under contract with the L.A.S.D., therefore gets law enforcement services by the sheriff's department. The Malibu area is the LHS or Lost Hills area.
