In the description of the lines like these ; (A) vehicle identifier [14 characters max] ; (B) fMass [1.0 to 50000.0] There is (U) letter that says: ; (U) bABS [0/1] I guess 0/1 means Yes or No. So i in my opinion it means is the vehicle has ABS brakes or not.
