AMD Phenom II X4 840T What is the Processor Speed? 2.90GHz What is the Ram? 6GB What is the Video card? MSI GTX 560TI Twin Frozer II OC Edition What is the vram? 1GB How much dedicated vram? 1GB? What is the Sound card? Im not sure, Im using the one that came with the PC What is the OS? Windows 7 64bit Do you have the latest SP for the OS-ie. SP3 for XP, SP2 for Vista, and SP1 for 7? Im assuming so. Any mods or trainers? No mods or trainers(idk what that is) Any Daemon tools or the like installed on PC?-these can cause problems with games. None installed. Is this the Retail(DVD) version OR a Downloaded version? Retail(DVD)version If Downloaded, from where? If Retail, Is this the Original DVD OR a Copy of the DVD OR a No-DVD crack? If it still doesn't work, you can use this http://www.4shared.com/archive/sHL0ym0_/GTAIV_patch_7.html Just extract the archive into the game installation folder, overwriting old files along the way. Girish Posted February 12, 2012 Share Posted February 12, 2012 There are 3 files included with the patch; Media1.cab, TitleUpdate.msi and UpdateTitle.exe. You need to extract all three. Or; If you download the files from mkey82's link, then you need to extract everything to your GTA IV folder. When it asks you if you want to overwrite a particular file, keep hitting 'yes'.
