They're hardly going to list the online features when they've not yet been confirmed. (Modes, capacity etc. I know MP has been confirmed.) One major city surrounded by sprawling countryside populated with lots of small towns and other points of interest. Hopefully V will be as large and more detailed than Oblivion... They can make us play with a protagonist for each city or something! Anyway..
