GRINCH ASS BITCH Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 I agree with your belief that MP3 isn't going to sell nearly as much as some of the people around here claim it's going to (although it'd be a pleasant surprise us "non believers" are proven wrong), but I highly doubt that GTA:V's release date is being pushed forward. Overall, we still know next to nothing about GTA:V, I would assume that R* would have to up the game's marketing/PR considerably before it's ready to be sold. Anyway no I doubt that gta will release earlier because of MP3 delay, MP is out in May, just over 2 months away, R* in fact no company would release two triple A games that close, plus ya if that were the case then the gta advertising/ previews would want to start would'nt they?? besides I want R* to take their time with gtaV and not just throw it out as soon as. And I know MP is not as popular as gta but that does'nt mean it won't sell well, the franchise has many fans myself included have waited for what 9 years i think for the next one as MP2 ending credits pretty much confirmed a 3rd one, plus with good reviews and the R* label slapped on it it will sell (Again RDR) And finally how is the franchise milked we have had 2 games so far with the 3rd one taking close to a decade to release? how is that milked? how many gta games have their been close to 20? thats a milked franchise (note I love all the gtas and want the franchise to continue, but i just really wanted to point out the lack of sense in saying a series with 3 games being milked) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MP3 is popular. Obviously. It's the 3rd game in the series. To be fair, the MP series has a much smaller fan base than GTA. So did Red Dead Revolver until Rockstar made Red Dead Redemption...and I'm sure none of you are going to complain about RDR Just because you guys want GTA V, doesn't make it any less popular. The game will still come out in May, the game will still sell like hotcakes, and the game will still prevent Rockstar from giving you guys your precious GTA V news. f*ck it. Let T2 report how ever much money lost in whatever quarter. They'll make it in a week once MP3 releases because they know people look forward to a Rockstar game, regardless of name. Deal with it.
