ccrogers15
1. Please dont bump topics, someone will read it eventually. 2. Why does the topic say "ps3 controller to PC" when in motion joy, you set it to Xbox 360 lol...
samzio
Because i'm using a ps3 controller and not an xbox controller, and when I got help with fifa 12 on the PC i was told to use the xbox settings even with a ps3 controller, do you know what you are on about? if so couldn't you have posted help to me? ;/ Gta IV Madlad
Spuds725
What is the left stick doing?? If memory serves me you can't "walk" on the PC version-- ie you either are stopped or running (anyone can correct me if I'm wrong about this). Since this is an analog stick-- it may be causing problems running the PC version of vc. This is all pretty much a guess on my part based on your limited info. Frank.s
Don't worry, the PS3 joypad can be used with MotioninJoy for all GTA's. It's works fine for GTAIV on 360 emulation however, to get it to work with GTAIII+VC+SA you need to use a custom profile and NOT set it to XBOX360 emulation. Do you know how to edit and make new profiles? Click the word "Profiles" and it will open up the profile named "Motioninjoy_profile_demo" but that profile doesn't work so you need to either edit that one so it works or simply import the settings i've already made (and tested works on III+VC+SA). Download link for the pre-made MotionInJoy profile Also you can use the analogue stick to walk too. When you import this profile and enable it, it wont immeadiatly make the controller work properly, you'll need to redefine controlls inside the pause menu of the GTA of your choice. Frank.s
If inverting joystick in GTA's joypad settings doesn't work, changing it in MotioninJoy will.
