The textures are just a test and I will try to add more tree lods on these days. Lanes the same length, but maybe like 2 and a half feet of shoulder on each side. However, only in areas where the land allows it. It would make the road easier to drive on. I like this map better than Stilldre's but I don't get the I can whip through the windy country side roads feeling like I do with his because its easy to go off the road way. But I'm sure once people return to LC after driving on this map, they probably become better drivers in LC. Talking about Clockwork Mount, I can't edit the roads because the project it's too complex now, the polycount is high and the map is designed for that kind of roads. However, I should add some more guardrails that were originally removed before the beta because not compatible with the traffic, and redo them to work. If you are planning to release next version, please fix some bugs (happens to me, don't know about others) -Fix the crash when setting waypoint to the bridge (the first one,) -Fix the bugs, which in the blue bridge/tunnel, all cars do u-turn (or rotate or what, im poor at english) that cause traffic jams. Even Buses do. -Only if possible, fix the missing textures. Besides, this is the greatest maps i've ever downloaded. So Thank you! The crash is the invisible wall that happens sometimes when you touch the first bridge with the car? 2. I will try to see what happens, but I don't really like car paths on my map (they are not compatible with a narrow and dangerous road like that! ) 3. Can you do a screenshot of the missing textures? Shayd80 Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Usually i'm not a big fan of modded maps because of poor textures / details but I have to say this one is really nice specially for a BETA, the offroad is fun and it's like San Andreas .. you are in a city and then you take a road it brings you to a really different landscape ! Great map, but when I drive down the road, I reach the end and have to turn around, unless I use the dirt roads. Also there isn't anywhere to "go" concept wise. You could add a small town to it, or a Ranch, sorta like the one Torino was at in San Andreas. Though if you add buildings they should be few and far between. Another thing you should consider is a waterfall. Now that we know how to make a legit animated one. If you don't using some taxi fix mods or similiar, you can just set density to 1 or 2 in your settings screen menu. That way there should be only two or more vehicles driving within your site Thought IV had a flag to set traffic density in the car paths. Someone should make a script where you set a zone, and set traffic density for that zone. Those taxi fixes are sh*t. They make the map disappear for me, and the game gets a major FPS rape. The game probably does the taxi bug so that doesn't happen with high quality cars.
