You being sarcastic? My method actually works (fixes the path width bug) and the way you replied makes it seem like you don't realise that, just being sarcastic instead.

I don't think he is saying that your method is wrong, he only said that now it's all ok..

Finally my video, nothing special, but it shows some new features!

Thanks to legiz for the paths and the parked cars wpl, I wouldn't learn nothing without him!

congratulation, one of the best mod i ever seen !!!

 

theres an medieval city converted by metal warz from google sketchup, maybe you can take a part from and locate it in your map, it could be realistic

Thats exactly how car paths played out in my mind when they were first attempted. But nice work so far. They don't look very dense which is good.

Yes but in that gif you can notice that there aren't guard rails on the bridge, and that was the first testing.

Did you see the video above?

 

The problem with the paths is that the density is always too high for a mountainous way to me,

I don't know if we can find a way to make it less dense.

I meant that there is to mutch intersections and roads on the map, maybe thats why he didn't released it.. It's okay if he wants traffic there, i'm just bored by my older map.

Now i have Fujimi Kaido from FM4 on that place and it kinda haves great drift roads tounge.gif

I'm sorry if I'm out of news on these days but I'm hardly working on creating objects with 3ds max creating the assets to place them on the map!

In the mean time, check these screenshots with more than 500 new objects since the last build!!

It's the result of months of work and complex calculations with 3d..

 

joking apart, what a strange game that is IV sometimes..

Anyway, I'm making progress with guard rails too:

I'm remaking the guardrails (compulsory, for the paths) in pure GTAIV style.

A long work with splines and arrays, but I found the way!

Anyway, I'm adding details to the map with new objects,

as I already said, it requires time and it's not immediate like adding trees, beacuse I have to create new collisions, materials & geometries for them.
