"LCPSA" in uppercase letters in blue and in bubble and basically put a skyline of liberty city inside the words in a drawing like figure. Below it I need in cursive "Making Liberty City a Safer Place to Live, Work, and Visit" in quotes as well. I can't have the wording any to big cause it will need to fit on the left side of my forum.
