Do you think there will be episodes from Los Santos like Liberty City in GTA IV ?

I believe Dan Houser or someone high up in rockstar said that the episodes they did with LC would be the last time they have anything like that

I hope there's some sort of significant DLC for GTAV, something similar to the the IV Episodes in terms of new characters/story. However I don't want the DLC to be used to convieniently hide away all the best features of the game. After playing TLAD and TBOGT, going back to Vanilla IV wasn't much fun, as the weapons and gameplay were a blast on the episodes. I hate when developers take out extra weapons/features from the vanilla game and put them in DLC to make gamers pay extra for things that should've made it into the original game.
