I remember that the 2009 awards finished completely only somewhere in May 2010. Staff usually starts the event somewhere between January - February. Apparently the awards page is still unchanged since the 2010 awards, so who knows when we'll be seeing them. Plus, I think you mean the 2011 awards. The 2012 awards should happen in 2013 and so on.
