Hi guys, I'm looking for a new avatar, what I'd like is:

 

This lightbar: user posted image

 

And below that, an LCPD Officer that is speaking on his radio

 

And the text x H3ad5h0t77 x somewhere neatly on it.

 

If you could improve the light bar anyway, like increase the strength (Like, having the red and blue really pop out strongly, hard to explain) of the colors or add more, It'd be appreciated aswell.
