I'd like to see undercover cops make a return, maybe in a comet or something. they should be patrolling the streets at random to and not just appear after 3 stars.

Hopefully fighter jets will be deployed so we can have dogfights. Some riot police would be cool, maybe only for a riot mode cheat but it would be cool.

Unmarked police vehicles are an excellent idea. Who remembers the VCPD Cheetah from Vice City Stories? (http://gta.wikia.com/VCPD_Cheetah)

I want to see some more variation in the police vehicles but I also want them to be more tactical instead of just mindlessly trying to crash into you putting innocent peds at danger, they should use different manoeuvres to stop your car. Instead of aiming to kill you, using whatever means possible to try and bust you, (shooting tyres out, tackling, forcing out of cover) anything to give us more incentive to escape. In GTA IV I would just blast my way out of 5stars and escape in less than a few mins was too easy and mindless

I never went on rampages to begin with, nor did I go around senselessly killing. I tried my best never to hit other people or cars, and I never shot any law enforcement, fire, or medics doing their jobs.

 

The only exceptions of course were when I was forced too in missions, but even then, I would avoid it as much as possible.

 

So I guess in free roams, I never did.

Correct. I don't go on rampages. But I have played games where rampaging is present. As stated, the only times I will end up killing people is on missions. It's just my personal preference, and there is no need for others to bash it. So I respect the people who actually converge respectfully.

 

Online, I play online as law enforcement. Sometimes we switch spots and I will play as the civilian, so you never know how many road laws I could break.
