Slow Motion Freezup after doing some leaps

This is a long post. It will be the only one I write. I've enjoyed all of your posts, maps, pictures so much that an opportunity arrived to say thanks.

 

My question. If I redownload GTA 3 will my games be saved. I use an ipad2 with 64 gig.

 

I spotted it in the faqs and posts but I want to be sure, my last save was the Misty one when I found out that the bus and truck I had placed in between the Taxi company and the Pharmaceautical company started sinking and I was caught it the finite jumping, running, shaking world rotating glitch

 

I foolishly kept overwriting the game in the same spot instead of doing sequential saves. This is all you need to read, the bottom is what led to a glitch and I included another one I enjoyed.

 

The glitch happened after I did many ramp jumps on the grass across from the hideout in Portland. I started at the edge of the grass by the tunnel, and hit the ramp by the Chinatown tracks.

 

I was getting cash between five and six hundred.

 

Two days ago, I did the perfect jump and landed on the Portland Shuttle tracks. I was able to drive on the tracks but used the middle portion the full length of the rail system. The game said this had never been done before, it also said that using the ramp at the rail station in Chinatown had never been used in a jump before.

 

I did this twice, the third time I thought I would try to get the car on the Pharmaceutical Company roof, because I still haven't been able to grab those packages. It's driving me nuts.

 

I've tried jumping from the tracks, fast / slow running jumps across and with the direction of the tracks N & S, the girder from the tracks, all sorts of vehicles as stepping stones, etc.

 

I have so many Molotov coctails and flame throwers I feel happy, although I would not want to wear one on my back, Claude doesn't seem to mind.

 

I went to do some jumps for cash today. They were normal and I was getting paid but after several jumps, the amount came up and all seemed frozen but if I could spot the Banshee, I was able to drive it very slowly up and down the street, everyone else was moving and the planes were flying, train was moving, but at speeds that were undetectable.

 

I know it's not a big deal but I enjoyed watching the car in slow motion, the landing, etc. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. I got a garbage truck and tried to drive it badly. I got as many torpedo guns i could and run ins with the cops after that.

 

This is the first game I've ever played. I'm old as dirt. It looks so incredible on the iPad2 I can not believe it could be done.. Kudo's guys, you've made an old man spend more consecutive hours for so long, I thought I was playing clubs again, getting in at 5 in the morning ... lol Thank you so much.

 

One other glitch I had and only happened once. I tried to do the exact steps and positioning of Claude many times but I still can not duplicate it. I was flying over the city and water with nothing except me. I enjoyed it for a long while. There was no control of it but when I hit the water, I thought if I could control this, I could get to an island and even the next city.

 

I panicked and started trying to control the "flight." Poor Claude died a miserable long death as he did during the frozen game. I accidently drove the Banshee off the promenade, Claude died so slow, I had to look away, there were the last air bubbles coming up for a good 15 minutes or more, they were coming out of the water and rising into the air above the promenade. Oh the humanity ...

 

This will be the only post I will write. The length is too long. I enjoy reading all the posts for GTA3 but I just had to thank you all, especially Rockstar.
