This should be a cheat code! Mobilize your own army made of pedestrians and give them their own guns as they attack the city and everyone in it. You can put mounted guns on a station wagon/sports car/any car. Make your own division of Rhino Tanks and you're good to go! You'll see smoke and fire coming from the buildings as you kick back and watch on the Vinewood sign and hear screaming and yelling inside the city, and the final screenshot of LA in the movie Battle:LA.
