RockStarNiko
I been looking on wikipedia to get some idea of geography of LA It say LA County is ~4,000 sq miles and consists of 88 cities Will all these cities be in the game as regions/districts similar to how in GTA IV there was Hove Beach, Northwood, Tudor, Schottler, Westdyke, Star Junction etc etc Then surrounding LA County we have mountains, deserts and stuff and beyond LA County places like Palm Springs? DeconstruKt
It'd be impossible to add 88 cities. Maybe next gen.
Lucky Sevens
There are 5 counties. Los Santos is by far the biggest in the game. Los Santos city is roughly 24 square miles and Los Santos county is roughly 50 square miles.

Lucky Stevens is an Aussie moron that knows virtually nothing about V or Southern California. Only L.A. and Riverside Counties were revealed in the trailer, yet Riverside County is conspicuously missing from his list of V locations (in which, apparently, Tuscon is included). While I wouldn't be surprised if they merged Riverside and San Bernardino into one super-large desert county (they are collectively known in Cali as the Inland Empire), the inclusion of Tuscon is just retarded. They wouldn't skip LV to include Tuscon as it is even farther from L.A. I will say this for Stevens' predictions: I do hope the San Fernando Valley is included as it is probably the largest and most famous suburban sprawl in America. It'd be a great place for a mall and running down L.A.'s world-famous "valley girls." LIKE, OH MY GAWD!
SmoothGetaway
It'd be a lot cooler imo if they included San Diego, Riverside, and Orange counties than just LA county. Most of LA county is just urban sprawl, nothing interesting about it besides over 9 million people living there. I hope they pick and choose the cooler spots like they have in the past. I'd be very disappointed if the San Fernando Valley is replaced with countryside like in San Andreas. However, since R* are mainly focusing on Southern California, and they really want to make this the best map they've ever made, it's almost guaranteed.
