Slamman
Should Rockstar continue to book REAL comedians to perform at some venue in the fictional state? I don't know about you all, but for me, I think it's the coolest virtual aspect newly applied to GTA gaming in the last / current gen In fact, Ricky Gervais in the US is a household name, and he honestly wasn't before
Meezarawcks
Patrice O'Neal would've been great. R.I.P.
KanapkaPoland
Of course yeah, I really enjoyed that feature in GTA IV, hope they make it return in V. But different comedians now, of course. How about some Chris Rock shows?
NikoBellicLovesHotpockets
I LOVED that part of IV I love Ricky too, But I'd like to see Louis C.K. or Galifianikis in virtual reality.

Durden
We should be able to get on stage and tell jokes! Hell, there should be a stat called Humor! It would be soo sweet; you can ease up bad guys with your funny jokes

RED_
It'll probably be a film set, something like watching some actors or something.
LoveMediaExecutive
Considering the last game had quite a few comedian cameos off and on the stage we will definitely see comedians in the next GTA, personally I think Louis C.K. would be perfect for the GTA universe, Bill Burr who voiced Jason in TLAD would also be a welcome return to the franchise, it's sad we won't see Patrice Oneal return in the next game though, I would have loved for his character Jeffron James to return, maybe even do some stand-up. dumbassbuffet
yeah, but they should be interactive. for example you might get pulled up on stage to help out their act... ... or if they aren't funny you can blow their brains out
Slamman
Hardly going to allow you that luxury, and I know we've gone over talent ideas before, but I wonder about idea as far as the reality of the game, what you might actually expect, if in fact, they do have nite club scenes, and as with Ballad of Gay Tony, I'm betting they will have something akin

Snake Without a Tongue
I too enjoy to laugh. Carlos Men-....... On second thought, no Carlos Mencia. Yeah, glad you rethought that before I had to bust a cap. GTAV already has a Ned. (Actually, I don't hate Carlos that much -- I just like to fit in.) AfroCrew2022
Personally I think rockstar is going to go all out with this game as it is probably the last major title to be coming out for this generation of platforms I think everything that was great from past gta's including the comedy clubs will make a return

grope_4_that_date
I never really found Katt Williams and Ricky to be that funny in GTA4. The graphics were poor, the jokes were boring, and the audience seemed fake. I'll give Rockstar credit for trying something new though.

Slamman
He was funny if he wasn't MILKING his opening song to death, that was hard to sit through more then one time!
grope_4_that_date
He was funny if he wasn't MILKING his opening song to death, that was hard to sit through more then one time! Agreed. I tried watching those Comedy bits three/four times, but for some reason I found myself watching that clip over and over again. If they do it again, they need a larger variety of comedians. @ AfroCrew2022: Do you think is funny?

Slamman
You mean a return to that ONE club where comedy was the focus brought up less variety then was to be expected? In terms of having enough Pre-Recorded skits to make things seem more realistic? I felt with Episodes they tried expounding on the idea, so it's likely to play into more GTA games as well
deva-fan
i don't think ricky gervais is funny in the slightest, either in real life or in the game. i think reginald d hunter would be perfect. his comedy would suit the GTA world and he's an american but massive in the UK - my favourite comic in fact..
