HbKYolrr Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 (edited) I was just wandering, in free roam do any of you guys change it from "Liberty City"? to something else (i.e Prison,Bohan etc)? And if you do why? Personally i don't see the point in this option and just keep it as "Liberty City" because the whole city is better than portions of it right? i see the reason for the option in game modes such as Deathmatch etc but not in free roam. Legacy-666_ Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 Its good to set a location, but to use all the city to fight in, that way when you kill someone you know where they will spawn, rather than having those god awful spawn kill battles. Ethereal_NYC Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 serves multiple purposes actually; if you choose one specific area then that's where yu will spawn if its set on liberty city then its possible for you to spawn on another island spawning very far away can be a deterent when you want to be left alone I never ever have made a FM game at the airport. I always choose Algonquin. sometimes I set location to happy island and then spend the rest of the game far from there and it contains the players for the most part. some players come lookin for you to kill you but when they die and spawn all the way back at the statue of happy they are not happy lol.
