icon13.gif I have GTA:IV for PC and I can't seem to get over 2.3 FPS in game. Can someone please help me fix this lag.

 

These are my system specifications:

 

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ 2.80 GHz

Installed Memory (RAM) 3.0 GB (2.87 USABLE)

32 Bit Operating System
