Well, I am not going to decorate the main post with gfx and other description because it is just a single mission.

 

I had made this mission some time back for an unofficial contest but never made a topic for it, and now seeing many new members joining after the contest I decided to make one. smile.gif

 

Some very brief info about the mission:

Story

You play as a member who controls the Bayside. It is attacked by a couple of gangs. Join the action as you play the mission.

 

Setting

Bayside, North Western San Andreas.

 

Theme

Gangster

Played the mission.

Wow, really nice mission you made. I loved the shootout at the hill because of its different environment. The cutscene which the cobras standing on the cliff is pretty nice and funny. Also, I liked the story and the flashback. It's well planned. biggrin.gif

 

But, there's something that can be improved:

At the beginning which Jeff was talking to his men, he's holding a Tec-9. But, when he's talking to Hardy, suddenly, he's holding an MP5. It's a little mistake but it doesn't matter.

 

After Jeff done talking to his men and we need to go to Hardy's house, our men didn't follow us until we touched them. Make a new actors and it'll be better.

 

Other than that, you didn't use the objective "Remove weapon". Yeah, I think you know why. It's something annoy when Jeff said that he doesn't have any weapon and we must get one, but in fact we still have some weapons from the previous battle.

 

At the time when the cobras are attacking us at our place. We must get the weapon and that time the enemies is just standing there, idle, doing nothing. You can make something better like our allies are fighting with the enemies while we are getting our gun. It'll make the situation more beautiful. And I found some 'glitch'. Some of our allies were idle. Maybe you set them to neutral?

 

One more, the ending. It's good, but too short to be a great ending. It's happened too fast. Yeah, after we killed Mr. Chang, there are just two cutscenes and then we got a mission passed.

You can add more cutscenes to make it even greater.

 

 

Otherwise, nice. This is really good mission to play. It's pretty long and hard but can be passed if we play it carefully. Great mission, Nitesh. Keep it up. biggrin.gif Here's the rating: 9.5/10

Yeah, I had chosen that area because it's rarely used.

Oh, my bad. I am not very good with weapons actually. I don't even know all the names of weapons.

Ya, that was because they had an animation set. That's why they didn't follow. During those times I never knew that actors don't follow the player if they have animations. Hehe.

I don't think I set anyone to neutral because I spawned a friendly actor than just used ctrl+p to spawn the others. Maybe it is just a DYOM bug, or maybe I actually kept some neutral. I can't remember because it's been a long time since I made it. But I doubt if I kept any neutral because I am one of the most laziest mission designers and is most likely I used ctrl + p. Lol, I thought I had set the enemies to attack direct. I will check out that part tomorrow.

Ya, I should have added some story at the end. But, I think I improved on that part in "Hitman". I think endings are still something I need to improve on.
