However, there are a few forum guidelines you should read before you create it. You can read those: here After this, you may want to gather a name. You can request for graphics in the GFX section, here, if you'd like. I highly recommend looking at a few of the topics in this section for examples (Remember we do not appreciate ripping other peoples work here). Although, I'd suggest that you try joining an existing gang first to get a feel of how gangs work here and also how the forum works since you're new. But that is upto you. Good luck!
