The series is now officially dropped. This was just another test series. That is why I made a trailer, asked for a review, etc. so soon. I WILL be making future packs. Thanks for understanding.

2004, Los Santos. The beauty of the Los Santos beaches, sun & women was overlapped by the criminal activity in the past year. Gangs started to mark their territory, police started to kill gang members on sight. Everyone was pulling triggers, then asking questions. The typical 1992 Los Santos.

The untold story of Danny Murphy was remained a secret, he died in 2003 due to cancer. Xaviar Brown moved to the North of the United States of America, he wanted a better life, as usual. The only ones who were left were Brianna & Jordan. Let us not forget about all the gangs & criminals in San Andreas too.

Jordan had changed the name of his gang from "Niggas from da' Block" to "Temple District Bloods". Jordan is now a professional boxer as well, he does a lot of drugs though. He has so many rivals & enemies. Recently, a fight club named "Thai Eagles" kidnapped Jordan's athletic trainer. Play the pack, to find out what comes next...

Review for the 1st & 2nd mission - by Arejai

Greeting everyone. This time I'm going to review a mission series called GTA: A Gangsta's Past - Jordan's Side by Juan-R.  He requested the first two missions to be review.

Here's the link:  http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=499058

Writing (Very Good) I found no spelling mistake in it. The using of words is good but sometimes it's hard to understand. Anyway, it's still acceptable. Just don't make the words too complicated to read.

Presentation (Very Good) Almost all of the cutscenes is well accurated. Some of them have a nice positioned cutscene. I loved the cutscenes in the beginning of the 1st mission. You made a nice scenes.

Introduction

Length (Good) It can be done in 5 - 6 minutes. There are a lot of cutscenes to give more sense to a players as this is an introduction.

Difficulty (Very Easy) It's only consist of driving to the destination. But, the car we're using is almost to explode because it's only set to 100 health. Remember this, Juan.

Variety (Decent) There are 3 types of actors were used in this mission, I think. And there are 2 types of objects and 1 type of vehicle.

Recruitment

Length (Very Good) It can be done in 7 minutes. It consists of driving  to the destination and some shootout. The place we need to go is very far away from our starting place. So, it takes time to arrived there.

Difficulty (Hard) We'll role as Jordan and with our friend, Montel, we need to go to the target place and there are a lot of enemy. They'll come again as a second wave that is much more than the first enemies. Although their headshot is turned "on", they have a pretty high accuracy. We just need a cover or we'll die easily. And the good one, there a some health and armors given.

Variety (Good) There are a much more types of actors and weapons. We can see the enemies is using some kind of different weapons such as 9mm and m4. Correct if I'm wrong.

Overall, it's a nice job. I loved the shootout at the 2nd mission. It's a bit hard but not impossible to pass. Need to remember that sometimes a players didn't like to travel to a long distance. But, don't worry. For me, it's normal. Anyway, about the red car, it has been repaired, eh?  Just kidding  lol.gif Last words, nice mission, keep it up, and don't give up.  biggrin.gif

Rating: 8.7/10

Played the introduction.

It's a nice mission. I loved the cutscenes in the beginning when Jordan are pointing a gun to Xavier at the alleyway. The place is really fit with the situation.

But, there's something that can be improved; it's the red car that belongs to Jordan. The car is almost explode, because you set it to 100 health, I think. So, remember to set it to the higher health.

Otherwise, good job. lol.gif

I played the second mission and here's my feedback

1. The enemy actor have a really strong weapon and high accuracy (I guess), They shoot me easily. Their is AK47, Desert Eagle, etc.

2. The enemy actor is headshotable, which make me easy to kill them. I just go behind the wall and shoot them.

That's all I guess. Waiting for more biggrin.gif

@-S-hark - Thanks for posting feedback smile.gif I tried to make it hard by making a lot of enemies with almost powerful guns. I set it in that place because there are many places to take cover. I tried to make it hard (guess I succeeded) but not too hard, that's why I put some pick ups around. Thanks for playing biggrin.gif

The second mission was very good, Juan-R. It was hard, but the covers and the headshots at the enemies made the mission much easier. Good work! icon14.gif

P.S. The first mission is good, too.

It was just a test series, I wanted to test the cutscenes, different objectives. I know I could've kept it to myself, but I was also wanted to test/see what I needed to work on & what people like, as well as their reactions.
