Isn't that the research program that first developed the sound frequencies used in the "I-doser"(sound waves emitted on such low and high frequencies that are supposed to effect your mood and feeling)? As some other members have said those noises heard in that video sound alot like the Tripods from "War of the Worlds". --EDIT-- Makes me just want to listen to "The Eve of War" now.
