You could drink and drive in V, why not smoke a fat blunt with the top down, or take a hit of E and get glowing trails on bright colors, snort a line of coke or meth and get chimp like strength in hand to had combat. Well i dont se what real game play it would bring, but gething drunk and pulled over for dui was kind of silly considering how the ai drive in the game. HELL YEA Cole Phillips!!! i say we should be able to use and sell... why the f*ck not? you could in Saints Row 1 and 2 and im pretty sure 3... and does anyone remember NARC? for the PS2... you were a COP and was able to deal and USE LSD, Weed, Acid, Crack, ect... and you would get percs, get addicted, have withdraws... i think they should put this in the game, or at least try something other than driving drunk, lol, even though it was funny as hell to drive, the enjoyment really fell through... I'm not a big Saint Row fan but I too owned SR2 and enjoyed smoking a fat blunt bought at the local drug store. Maybe they can make it realistic like you have to drive down to Compton (in GTA V) and pick up bud from some drug dealers there instead of a store. (Leave it up to SR to make that so unrealistic LOL) It would be fun as hell getting high in GTA V and then driving a plane and parachuting to the ground stoned out of my mind. With getting drunk, we already have our downer. Some new variant of the adrenaline pill (I'm thinking meth) would make for a good upper. However, I wouldn't be against it at all. Whatever floats your boat. I'll just leave this here for you guys that smoke weed while playing video games (especially GTA). But I don't think that the new character needs the ability to use drugs. If it's included, I hope it's optional and not forced on us in a mission. For 1 it's kinda sad you want to be able to smoke and use drugs in a game, whats the point in it? It's not like you gain superpowers from it.. And 2nd, I really think it would influence people, which is bad. I don't think the violence in GTA effects anyone, but I'm sure druguse will. I got high specially for the trailer... it was amazing. I was high for most of my TBOGT playthrough and alot of those missions blew my mind. Putting the ability to use drugs into the game would give all the GTA haters even more ammo against the game. They already walk a fine line as the poster boy for violent video games, adding the ability to do drugs in the game would just piss off a hell of a lot more people and give the haters a bigger argument. noun Posted January 19, 2012 Share Posted January 19, 2012 i would personaly like this but it would be an extremely bad idea for rockstar just because of the ammount of attention gta gets and the amount of controversy serounding it, if they do add drugs there will proobably be a massive campaign by fox like with all the other gta's. but hey atleast thompson cant complain about this one.
