I doubt they'll ever release it to the public, so all you can do now is delete loading.rpf the rage team is a dick not only they havent really done anything original (apart from converting gta 3/vc to IV), but they've got so many secrets that they don't share with the modders im working on a total conversion mod to replace liberty city with a washington dc-esque city, and id much rather listen to eurobeat rather than that rap beat thing but back on topic, i can imagine you find the file for the loading screen music and replace it/overwrite it with the music of your choice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
