Nellic94
Just hear me out on this; -Armando's surname is Torres. This suggests that he is some way related to Elizabeta Torres. -Henrique's surname is Bardas. This suggests that he is related to Mallorie whose surname is also Bardas. Yes, Henrique is Dominican and Mallorie Puerto Rican, but that doesn't mean they are not related. -Niko is introduced to Elizabeta through her cousin Mallorie. -Therefore, if Henrique is related to Mallorie, Mallorie is related to Elizabeta, and Elizabeta is related to Armando, that would suggest that Armando is a distant relation,or at leat connected to Henrique. MyDog
They're maybe not related by blood. Maybe by marriage.
AceRay
With Armando and Elizabeta, I think R* just got lazy with last names. Torres is a pretty common surname.

Vice Beach
Would explain why Elizabeta, Armando, and Henrique were possibly the most annoying characters to ever grace the game disk of a GTA game to me. Mallorie wasn't too bad, besides when she would say "Ro-mon" Actually I find alot of IV era characters very annoying.
