Stuck @ 96.00%

As the title of this thread implies I am stuck at 96%. The only thing that I'm not sure that I've done is finding all the random peds. I've searched all over the city using cars and helicopters and no one seems to be revealing themselves. I've used the interactive maps so I know where to go but nothing. In my stats it says that I have met 11 ranpeds but in the 100% check list it says that the peds are worth 5%. I'm so lost and damned confused. Help please?

O.k., thanks for the link. From what I can tell I must be missing 4 peds cause I know I got everything else. Now just to find them. As I said I've combed the city in any and all the vehicles (bike, car, heli) and they don't seem to be popping up. Guess I'll keep looking until I get frustrated and give up.
