GiantsPride
The delay to May just means we won't be seeing GTA V in May. (Which wasn't going to happen anyways.) GTA V will still be released in 2012. Most likely October or November. They've been working on the game for YEARS. Why would Max Payne's delay move it into 2013? The two games are unrelated and are worked on by different factions of Rockstar Games. So for all of you about to jump off the ledge, don't. Or you will miss the greatest video game ever created when it's released LATER THIS YEAR.

Samsuxx
That's right, Max Payne's delay doesn't affect GTAV development in any way. But there is more than the development: the marketing. GTA is better known than Max Payne and every other game. That would affect Max Payne's launch and sales. So, they have to have gap between those two games, a great gap. Anyways, topic should be locked, you could post it in the MP3-delay-thread.

Zee
I think the Jury is still out on this. There's no possible way they could be so lazy as to release the game in 2013, but its starting to look like that.
GiantsPride
May to October/November is 5-6 months. That's a large GAP. GTA V would not be hurting Max Payne 3 sales at all. Not to mention Rockstar would probably want GTA V out before the 2012 Holiday Season....

Jeeebuuus
October has been the tradition release of GTA games(even IV was going to but got delayed). May has been the month of non gta titles like RDR, LA Noire, and now MP3. This is all starting to come into place.
JasonBrody
Wrong. GTA V is a 2099 release.

Girish
And why could this not have been posted in the MP3 delayed topic or any of the other 1000 topics discussing release dates?
