Freemode: GTA vs TBOGT

Players are so much more interesting and eventful in TBOGT free mode, I think. In GTA nobody does anything.

 

I think this is down to the lack of decent helis in GTA free mode.

It's probably due to the lack of everything, not just helis, in GTA IV.

 

There's so much more to do in TBoGT's freemode and more ways to kill people. If all the Episodic stuff were in vanilla, I'd probably go back to playing TMW a lot more.

personal opinion... i think TBOGT is too easy to play... come on, exsplosive shotgun shells???? REALLY??? too f*cking easy... 3 shots and the car blows up...

 

GTA IV isn't the eaisest don't get me wrong, and if your that bored, grab a heli and start making people fly... lol

Well there arent 2 of my favourites things to do in Free Mode - 1 Rotterdam Tower glitch, 2 Container glitch

TBOGT is more interesting for me due to parachutes.

 

Also there's a tank, police bike, better helicopter but they aren't so important.

tbogt is better its had nightclubs, new police bikes and cars, and the weapons

FM in BOGT is more fun because of parachutes but I usually prefer GTA4 because I climb and scale buildings, parachutes are too easy.

BOGT for 1 reason....

 

Creative kills with sticky bombs are so FREAKING addicting. The shotgun shells are annoying. Full rooms with stickys only are so much fun

Lately its been GTA 4 Original cause there is less threats from the sky. FF & Cops OFF. If I get bored with that I will start a BOGT free mode. Traffic off, people on, FF off Cops ON, Automatic weapons setting, Morning, clear, and NEAR blips. With NEAR blips you have to be within 2 city blocks or less to be seen on the map. And that includes vertical distance as well. So when a player enters they have the choice to disappear and enjoy the open roads, without being hunted down by radar. Fight the cops or patrol the popular roads in a Buzzard, u may not be able to see them on radar from a distance but with traffic off the only thing moving on the roads is another player or the cops. U can also change it up and put Cops OFF and FF ON, its just not easy to find anybody unless there are a lot of people in the room/game. Its the closest thing to the long lost GTA 4 Original feature of NO BLIPS. Which was cool for using the Annihilator to give a high speed surprise punt at players on the hanger next to the 3 helipads at the airport. BOOOOOM !!

 

Alone in a Free mode game? If there is traffic, get a fast car then shoot at a sports car, chase it down and kill the driver through the back window and no one will revenge against you, shoot a pedestrian or run a few over and an ambulance will show up, chase it down shoot out the tires and kill the driver and passenger. Outlaw motorcycles, anyone on 1 U kill, take out the bihe for a bonus. Hitting them in traffic then running over the driver without leaving your car. While waiting for new live players to join. In BOGT alone I do that and practice my Buzzard rocket target hitting accuracy.
