Junior.
I never converted models to VC. But try this: Your ped must be on T-pose. Import VC Player.dff Move, rotate, scale your model until it fits perfectly Tommy's. Select you model. Go to hierarchy -> Adjust pivot only. Click right button -> The square at side of Move button. Put all 0's. Also do it with rotate. Deselect Adjust pivot only. Go to Tools tab (where is DFF IO, etc.) and click reset Xform. Scroll to the end of it and click reset selected. Apply textures to both models using Material Editor 'M'. Select Tommy's Model. Go to vertex mode, select all vertices and click attach. Select your model and click Ok. Press 'delete' button on your keyboard. Now with your model selected go to Tools -> DFF IO. Select VC where is (III|VC|SA) Go on Bones/Skin Export. Save as player.dff also convert your txd. Replace at GTA3.IMG. Tell me if it works. DoubleVision

Well the Model worked, but theres something wrong with the Texture At first time the game Crashed, then i removed the texture, the model was there, but it was white (obviously) So i guess it's the texture thats crashing the game ... Don't know why Thanks anyways , ill try the Texture steps you told me to see if it works
Junior.
Convert the texture: Open your ped texture with TXD Workshop. Go to image where is File|Image|About Select decompress all images. There's a box on the down right corner where says "San Andreas" Click it and select "Vice City" Go again to image. Click Compress all images. Save Go to models/generic of your vc. Delete player.bmp Go to skins folder Delete all skins. Your TXD will work. Hope this helps.
