Death2Drugs
Calling San Diego "San Juan" would be pathetic. San Juan is already a real city, so they need to name it something else.
darkplague
could be a reference to the heavy latino population in so. cal. but also could be a serogate from r* who misses san juan sounds.... lol it is a good station....
ChillyPhilly
Don't forget this. That's what it will be about in some form.
Inncognitoo
Since California's majority population is Mexican/Hispanic, Maybe they will have a radio station based on Cumbia, Mariachi, or any other type of spanish music, which I would admit would be pretty cool since it's really catchy. leik oh em jeez!
You're all looking into this way too much. San Juan sounds is a radio station on GTA IV. How on earth do you here that someone at R* misses listening to a GTA IV radio station, and then think there's a connection between it and what city may be included or possible populations within the game? So basically, NO. It's not referencing another city. The tweet explains itself and you still don't understand it. What is wrong with you people? This . It could be similar to SR3's Kabron station, it had a good balance between Reggaeton and Latin Rap
