Cause Iv'e always had that moment when I want to surrender to the police and arrest me rather than shooting at me when I get 4 stars. Arrest my dumbass and throw me in prison so I can think about what I've done. Besides i'm saving them from all that paperwork they'd have to do afterwards. If it is changed so that you get a larger bill and lose your weapons when you die, then I could understand. But if things stay the way they are, there really isn't much point in surrendering. When you die, you get to keep your weapons, when you get arrested, they take them from you. But even if we could surrender, I'd still go with the old blowing myself up as well as all the cops around me method. Because explosions are fun. If theirs ALOT less than in gta iv then by all means they can arrest me for minor sh*t but if their allways around then hell no If i get a wanted level for driving down the street speeding/ driving stupidly. That's why GTA is better (and sells better) than every other sandbox game. You fight cops, kill cops, escape cops. GTA without cops and/or the military would just be boring. Did you like the cops in RDR? There was lots of variety in the different towns with respect to law enforcement. For example, there's no law in Thieves Landing. Maybe V will have areas where you can literally get away with murder? Say, out in the desert or mountains when no one is around?
